I beg most respectfully to state that I am a student of your University.  I’m    Md. Sourav  and my ID is 16106046 and Program is BSCE. For my financial problem it is not possible to pay my tuition fee on 10/02/2016. I want to pay my tuition fee on 30/02/2016 without fine.

So, I therefore pray & hope that you would be kind enough to grant me to pay my fees by 30/02/2016.
