I beg most respectfully to state that I am a student of your University.  I’m F M Rakibul HASAN and my ID: 16307051 and Program is BSME For my financial & Family problem it is not possible to pay my dues on schedule date so  I want to pay my tuition fees by 30/11/2014 without fine.

So, I therefore pray & hope that you would be kind enough to grant me to pay my fees by 10/11/2016.
